This includes Physical measurements such as current weight, height, body fat percentage, and muscle mass composition. We also require a comprehensive Medical history, including past and current injury history, surgeries, and any known physical limitations that may affect training. Furthermore, we gather data on Nutrition habits and dietary restrictions to provide guidance, alongside Performance metrics like current strength levels, aerobic capacity tests, and resting or active heart rate data.

C. Financial and Payment Data

To facilitate transactions for our services, we collect financial data, including credit card numbers, bank account information for ACH transfers, and associated billing addresses. Important Note: To ensure maximum security, all raw payment data is processed directly by secure, PCI-compliant third-party service providers (e.g., Stripe, Square). We do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive bank details on our local servers at any time.

D. Automated Technical Data

When you interact with our digital platforms, we automatically collect certain technical data. This includes Usage Data, such as your IP addresses, browser types and versions, operating systems, referring URLs that brought you to our site, and specific pages viewed during your session. As a Florida-based business operating physically within the state, we fully comply with the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA) (Fla. Stat. § 501.171), designed to protect the personal information of Florida residents.
